Elsewhere began with a simple thought: practical things don’t have to feel ordinary.
I wanted to create something that could be useful and beautifully made, but still have personality — something you would reach for often, carry with you, and slowly make your own.
I believe premium materials and careful craftsmanship can exist alongside rich colour. That belief, together with a love of leather and making things by hand, became Elsewhere.

The Making
Every Elsewhere piece is made individually.
Each piece begins as a single hide of leather before being cut, hand stitched and finished by hand. Every edge is burnished, while the natural fibres of the leather are carefully smoothed and slicked to create a cleaner, more durable finish that’s satisfying to hold and made to be enjoyed every day.
A piece is more than leather alone. It’s the result of dozens of small decisions, each one shaping how it’s used, how it feels in your hands, and how it ages over time. We believe those details are never worth rushing.
