Handmade to Order
Every Elsewhere piece is handmade to order in England.
Please allow 5–10 working days for your order to be handcrafted before dispatch. Orders are made in small weekly batches, and we’ll contact you if an unexpected delay occurs.
UK Delivery 🇬🇧
UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Estimated delivery after dispatch: 2–3 working days
International Delivery 🌍
Delivery is available to selected international destinations shown at checkout. We are not currently shipping to the EU.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, local postal services or seasonal demand. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes or import fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Packaging
Every Elsewhere order is wrapped by hand with care before beginning its journey to you.
Returns
Please contact hello.contact.elsewhere@gmail.com before returning an order.
Non-custom items may be returned if you contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must then be returned within a further 14 days, unused and in their original condition.
Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless an item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until they reach us.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Where required, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded.
